In 2022 and 2023, Sandra and Russ led a monthly course for 11 months that is a companion to A.H. Almaas' new book, Keys to the Enneagram.
It is now available via videos. In this course, participants learn about the specific quality of True Nature that each enneatype mimics and attempts to realize. Both didactic and experiential, this course helps participants deepen their understanding of the enneatypes and of their own living consciousness.

WEEKLY MEDITATION WITH SANDRA AND EUGENE CASH

THE SPIRITUAL DIMENSIONS OF THE ENNEAGRAM
A 10-session online course with Sandra Maitri

The Spiritual Dimension of the Enneagram is a 10-session course that explores the Enneagram of Personality from the perspective of how nine personality or ego types arise as a result of loss of contact with our True Nature in early childhood. In this foundational course, the nine ennea-types are described from this spiritual perspective. Through lectures and experiential exercises, the particular ‘take’ on reality at the core of each of the nine types is explored, showing how they result in the belief-structures, emotional patterns, and behaviors that characterize each type. This is a self-paced course that you may follow at your own schedule.

The course reviews the foundational practices of the Diamond Approach, exploring their place, purpose, and value in our continuing unfoldment. Included are some of our key meditation practices, the sensing practice, and inquiry. This is an opportunity to renew our personal relationship to these modalities, clearing up misunderstandings, inner obstacles, and difficulties. With this increased understanding, we will be able to skillfully deepen the way we incorporate them, supporting and enhancing our inner journey and its expression in our lives.
